Pulse Intelligence is currently maintained by Sukesh Kumar.
Maintainer Responsibilities
- Review and merge pull requests.
- Keep dependencies, CI, and security posture current.
- Triage issues and label contributor-ready work.
- Decide project direction and release scope.
- Handle security reports according to
SECURITY.md.
AI-Assisted Maintenance
Claude and Codex are used as development assistants for implementation support, review,
documentation, and release preparation. Human maintainers remain responsible for project
direction, merge decisions, security decisions, and public communication.
Becoming A Maintainer
Regular contributors may be invited into a maintainer role after demonstrating:
- Multiple focused pull requests with verification notes.
- Respect for CTI safety rules such as whitelisted indicator suppression and TLP handling.
- Clear communication in issues and reviews.
- Willingness to maintain documentation and tests, not only features.
